Please find below the steps to address the RDP resolution issue:

1. Use the WFreeRDP tool to disconnect the AWS machine with a resolution of 1920 × 1080.

   WFreeRDP can be downloaded from:

3. While creating the RDP file (using Windows Remote Desktop utility), configure:

   • Display configuration: Large (Full Screen)

   • Color depth: High Color (15-bit)

4. Update the client machine display settings to 1920 × 1080 resolution with 100% scaling.

The newly created RDP file (from Windows Remote Desktop utility) should work when connecting from the client machine to the AWS instance.
